* Are items customizable?

Yes! Many items on our website are customizable. If customization is available, you’ll see options on the product page.

* How do I place a custom order?

Placing a custom order is simple:

  1. Add to Cart – Select your desired product and click Add to Cart.

  2. Submit Custom Info – Fill out the customization form (name, theme, photos, etc.) after adding the item to your cart.

  3. Checkout – Complete your purchase. A confirmation email will be sent with all submitted details.

* Can I send inspiration photos?

Yes! You may upload inspiration images during checkout or email them to support@mickeymadeit.com.

* Do you offer digital-only design services?

Yes! Some designs can be purchased as a digital file only — perfect for printing at home or locally.

* Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes — custom orders include:

  • 1 design proof

  • Up to 3 free revisions

Additional revisions after the third are $10 each.

* Do I have to pay upfront?

Yes. Full payment is required before customization or production begins.

PROCESSING TIME & RUSH ORDERS

*How long does it take to make my order?

Processing times vary by item:

  • Custom items: 5–10 business days

  • Ready-to-ship items: 2–4 business days

  • Bulk orders: 7–14 business days

During high-volume or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended.

*Do you accept rush orders?

Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability.

Rush fees range from $10–$30, depending on item and deadline.

Please email us before ordering to confirm availability.

SHIPPING, PICKUP & DELIVERY

*Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Local pickup or delivery may be available depending on your location. Contact us before ordering to confirm.

*How long does shipping take?

After processing, shipping takes:

  • 3–7 business days via USPS

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

*My tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive it.

Please check:

  • mailbox

  • porch

  • neighbors

  • apartment office

Sometimes USPS marks packages delivered early.

If a package is marked Delivered, we cannot replace or refund it.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

*How do I receive my digital purchase?

Digital files are delivered instantly via email and the order confirmation page.

*Are digital items refundable?

No. All digital purchases are non-refundable.

PRODUCTS & BUNDLES

*Can I mix and match items in a bundle?

Some bundles include options for substitutions or upgrades. If customization is available, it will appear on the product page. Otherwise, bundles are sold as listed.

*Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! Bulk pricing is already built into our Party Package Bundles.

ORDER ISSUES

*My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Email support@mickeymadeit.com within 3 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

If approved, a replacement will be sent at no cost.

*Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Due to the custom and digital nature of our items, all sales are final.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us — we are happy to help.
